Track & Trace for every order
Once your parcel has been sent to the DPD, you will receive an e-mail message. The track & trace code that you will receive after that will not work immediately. Once the parcel has arrived at the DPD depot, you will be able to track its progress.
If no one is home at the time of delivery
Are you absent at the time of delivery? The courier will leave a note behind for you with further instructions. The options for this are: setting a date on which someone will be present, an alternative delivery address, collecting the parcel yourself from the DPD depot, or a single authorisation for the DPD to leave your parcel elsewhere, according to your instructions.
Tip: Organise your order to be delivered to an address where someone will be home and able to sign for its receipt. Dispatches to post office box addresses are not possible.
DPD Parcel shop deliveries
Are you unable to be home to receive deliveries? This is not a problem. You can simply get your parcel sent to one of the 1300 DPD Parcel shops nearby. You just select your best location when placing your order. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready to be collected. Make sure that you bring your ID with you when you come to collect your order.
